Liner replacement
A new liner, cut to your pool and installed without wrinkles
Admiral Pools supplies and installs custom-fitted above ground pool liners in a wide selection of colors, patterns and designs for pools around Abingdon and across Harford, Cecil and northern Baltimore County.
Chapter 01
How to tell a liner has run its course
A liner rarely fails all at once. Fading is usually the first sign, as sun and chemicals wear the color and pattern out of the vinyl. Wrinkles that never lay flat, small tears and seams that have started to give are the next ones.
Falling water is the one to act on. If you keep topping the pool up and the level still drops, the liner may be letting water out, and the sooner it is looked at the less the surrounding ground and the pool wall have to put up with.

Custom fitting is what keeps wrinkles and tears away
A liner that is measured and made for your pool sits tight against the wall and floor. A liner that is only close leaves slack, and slack is where wrinkles, stress points and tears start. Admiral Pools offers custom-fitted liners for that reason, and our experienced team installs them to prevent wrinkles and tears.
Then comes the part you will see every day. There is a wide selection of colors, patterns and designs, so the pool can match your style. The pattern in the photo here is a vinyl liner in an in-ground pool, and it shows how much a liner design changes the look of the water.

Chapter 03
UV, chemicals and the water balance that protects a new liner
Our liners are made to resist UV damage and chemical wear, which are the two things a pool liner faces all summer. Resistance is not immunity, though. How the water is looked after decides how long a new liner keeps its color and its flexibility.
Keeping the water balanced is the simplest protection, and we are glad to show you how, in-store and online. Being strategic about when you open and close the pool matters as well.
