  1. Third season opening the pool

“Admiral Pools has been outstanding from start to finish. The design team worked closely with us to create a beautiful pool that fit perfectly within our budget and financial goals. The preconstruction planning was smooth, and the construction crew was professional, efficient, and clearly skilled. This is now our third season opening the pool, and we could not be happier with how it has held up and how great it still looks. The post construction support has been excellent, with quick and helpful responses anytime we had questions. I highly recommend Admiral Pools for their quality, craftsmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction.”

  2. Pool completed fall of 2023

“We have been extremely happy with our pool, completed fall of 2023. More than that, they have been very responsive to any issues. Recently, my wife and I returned from vacation and noticed there was an issue with the pump and system. I emailed in the evening and they were here the next day diagnosing the problem. One day later and everything is fixed.”

They have been an awesome group of people from the front desk team to the individual pool specialist helping us balance our water every year. Once they open my pool it is up and running within 72hrs!!!”

How a backyard becomes a pool

The order Admiral Pools works in, from the questions asked before anything is dug to the lights that come on at dusk.

Plot plan

Setbacks, septic and the slope

The plot plan that comes with your property shows the property line and setbacks. Then the well, the septic system, easements, the grade and whether a retaining wall is needed. If the answers sit with your municipality, Admiral will make that call for you.

Shape and shell

Concrete, vinyl or fiberglass

A straight wall with a roman end, or a radius free form. Concrete, vinyl or fiberglass, sized for family swims or for the big party. Vinyl and fiberglass can be finished as quickly as a week in some circumstances; weather and the schedule decide the rest.

The build

A real dig, and a clean yard after

A pool installation is a major undertaking and there will be mess. You do not need to be home for the work; meetings are scheduled around you. When construction is finished, the crew removes every bit of debris and trash from the property.

Poolscape

Deck, stone and planting

Patios, pavers and stonework around the coping, waterfalls and bubblers, beds and privacy screening, built-in seating and fire pits. The poolscape is designed with the pool, not added after it.

Lights on

Lit for the evening

Energy-efficient LED in the pool, lighting along paths and the patio, and uplights on the trees and garden focal points. It is the part that makes the pool usable after dark, and safer around the water.

The FAQ page

There are many factors that play into whether or not you can install a pool in your yard. The plot plan that you're supposed to receive with your property after purchase can be a helpful tool for figuring this out, as it can show the property line and setbacks that come with your property. Another important factor is knowing where your well or septic system resides. Clarity on these issues can be achieved by calling your municipality, which we are happy to do on your behalf!

The answer to this varies a lot depending on the type and scope of your project. Vinyl and fiberglass pools take a considerably shorter amount of time to complete and can be finished as quickly as a week in some circumstances. The weather and your specific contractor's schedule play a big role in the duration of the project as well.

A pool installation is a major undertaking, there will be a mess involved especially depending on how long your project takes to complete. Our team removes all debris and trash from your property after construction is complete.

No, you do not need to be home all the time in order for us to work. Certain meetings and discussions do need to be scheduled throughout the project, but this will all be coordinated and tailored to you.

Yes, there are many ways you can make your pool greener and more energy-efficient! Some of the ways you can achieve this are through LED lighting, programmable electronic controls, the type of pump you select, and choosing to install an automatic pool cover.

Many people say taking care of a pool is a large undertaking, but that is not true if you simply keep up with preventative care ahead of time. Maintaining proper water balance and being strategic about when you choose to open and close your pool are simple ways to keep your pool in tip-top shape. We are happy to educate you about these integral care instructions both in-store and online.

The features you desire are entirely up to you. We have many to choose from that can make your pool and backyard experience exceedingly more comfortable and luxurious.

The first consideration to make is simply your personal preference. While keeping that in mind, you must also consider what shape would work best in your yard, how deep should your pool be, how large, do you want to have a pool for exercise or play, etc. We are happy to help make expert recommendations and suggestions to help you make these decisions.

Unfortunately, there is no one answer to this question. Many variables play into the cost of the construction of a pool. A small vinyl pool can start in the lower 20,000s while other pools can be well over $100,000.

This is, again, up to your personal preference. Depending on what you'd like to use the pool for, what your budget is, how long you plan to stay at your current home, and many other factors, the perfect pool will look different for everyone.
